Purchased assets may be used for:

• Paid advertising
• Ecommerce marketing
• Website content
• Client projects
• Promotional materials
• Business presentations
• Brand content
• Monetized content
Assets may be edited, cropped, resized, color graded, combined with other creative elements, and incorporated into larger projects.
Agencies, freelancers, and marketing professionals may use purchased assets within client projects and commercial campaigns.
Visual Asset Collections are provided under a non-exclusive commercial license. Purchase of a collection does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original assets.
The following activities are prohibited:
• Reselling assets as standalone files
• Redistributing purchased files
• Sharing download files with third parties
• Uploading assets to stock marketplaces
• Sublicensing assets to others
• Claiming ownership of original assets
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of original assets remain with All Fresh Media.
Custom Visual Assets are generally delivered with exclusive commercial rights for the purchasing client unless otherwise specified within a separate project agreement.
Commercial rights may be updated periodically. Continued use of purchased assets constitutes acceptance of the current commercial rights terms.
